PRICING All of the prices shown on the website are in US dollars.  They are final and non-negotiable.  I believe that my products are an outstanding value.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SALES TAX We collect sales tax for orders shipped to locations in the state of Florida.  The sales tax should be clearly shown when you are prompted to confirm your order.

PRODUCT ORIGIN I go to great lengths to procure high-quality and often exotic materials in order to create unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.  Every piece of jewelry on this site was handcrafted personally by me.  I do not resell jewelry created by other individuals.  You can be assured that you are buying an original product of exceptional quality since I personally have complete control over the design and crafting process.  Every piece gets my undivided attention.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION I make every effort possible to make this website as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions and photos.  However, there are technological limitations that affect the product presentation.  The image resolution of the camera, the content production process, space limitations, computer display technology, and other factors all may affect the quality of product presentation.  Slight variations in color are possible and likely.  Dichroic glass, because of its unique visual qualities, is very difficult to present in photos.  Most items actually look better than they appear on the website.  However, if you feel that an ordered product did not meet your expectation, I suggest you take advantage of my RETURN POLICY.

PRODUCT SAFETY My beaded jewelry should be kept away from young children and pets whenever possible as the jewelry contains small parts which may be dangerous to their health if swallowed or lodged in an orifice.  Please refrain from contact with my products if they produce an allergic reaction, rash, or any other medical complication.  I am not liable for damages related to any health or safety complication caused by any type of use of my products.

PAYMENT CHOICES I only accept payments through PayPal or through pre-payment via money order or cashier's check.  When you are paying with a money order or cashier's check, please note that I will not ship your order until I receive the money order or cashier's check for the full amount on the original order.  The order will automatically be cancelled if I don't receive the money order or cashier's check within ten (10) days from the date when the original order was submitted.  Sorry, no C.O.D., cash, or personal checks. Through the secure portal provided by PayPal you can pay for your order directly from your bank account or through a wide variety of credit cards.  If you are not familiar with PayPal, visit the PayPal Website .  I am a Paypal Verified merchant .

SHIPPING POLICY Currently I only ship orders through my website within North America (United States and Canada).  If you are an international customer and would like to order something, please contact me by email (Designs by Dee). Orders normally ship within two (2) business days but unforseen things can happen. Designs by Dee offers free shipping and insurance on all purchases from my online store.  Orders are shipped US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.  If you do not receive your order within 7 to 10 days please contact me by email (Designs by Dee).

LIMITED WARRANTY I warrant that my beaded jewelry is free of defect for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery.  Tracking information provided by the carrier will determine that date of delivery.  During that period, a customer with defective merchandise may return it to me for a full refund, less any shipping costs.  The warranty will be void and the refund will be refused if the product was:  abused, altered due to exposure to adverse natural elements, altered or repaired without my written consent, contaminated (i.e., exposed to blood and/or othe body fluids, infested with insects, etc.) or damaged while in transit to us.  Loss and theft are not covered by the warranty.  Furthermore, I reserve the right not to honor the warranty for any other condition I would find unreasonable and/or abhorrent.  I am not responsible for any special or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, and loss of time.  It is expressly understood that this warranty is limited to the cost of the item or items purchased, and it does not include the cost of shipping.

RETURN POLICY Designs by Dee wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not, you may, within 10 days from the date when you received your order, return any new or defective merchandise for a refund as long as the merchandise is complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by any included accessories.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the the return.  Please note, we only process returns and refunds for items that were originally purchased from Designs by Dee.

RETURNING ITEMS Please make sure the merchandise being returned is in appropriate condition, as outlined in my return and warranty policy.  You may then email me (Designs by Dee) to request a return authorization.  Once the appropriate authorization number is issues and emailed to you, you may proceed with shipping the goods back to me.  Make sure that you have the shipment fully insured as I am not responsible if the items get lost while in transit.  Please note that shipments without a return authorization will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.  Goods that are returned and that do not conform to terms that are outlined in our return and warranty policies will also be shipped back at the sender's expense.  No refunds will be processed until the merchandise is received.

SECURITY Any page at his website that asks for personal information and PayPal information is highly secure (SSL).  Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages, as well as an "https://" prefix in the URL.   Look for this icon and URL prefix on any web page that asks for sensitive information.

PRIVACY The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY by used to process your order, reply to your feedback, send you new product updates, and to create a more personalized online experience.  It will never be shared with any other company for any reason.

CUSTOM ORDERS See something you almost like?  See something you would like if it were just a little different?  Are you hard to fit?  Do you have a special occasion coming up, such as a wedding, for which you would like your group to have the same jewelry?  Send me an email (Designs by Dee).  I can give you an estimate of what it would take to make just what you want.  Depending on availability of materials and your time frame, I'll do my best to accommodate your custom order.  Important:  Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

JEWELRY ADJUSTMENTS All items are sold "as shown" and "as described."  Any alterations (eg., length, findings changes, etc.) will incur a fee (minimum:  $10.00) depending on the complexity of the change and materials used.  Please contact me (Designs by Dee ) if you would like to make a change to an item.
